1. Why am I getting an "Invalid serial number error"?
A message indicating an invalid serial number is encountered when the coupon code is used as the serial number. The code provided to you in your email(s) is NOT the serial number, but a coupon code that will generate a new serial number. *Please follow the steps outlined below to obtain the new serial number using the coupon code emailed to you:
- Start your plug-in. Click the "Buy/Update" button.
- Click the "Purchase on line" button.
- Enter ALL your billing information (name, address, Credit Card, etc.)
- Enter the coupon code you received in your email from ASF.COM into the "Coupon Code" box.
- Finish the purchase process.
The new serial number will automatically be entered in your new version (v2.1), and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
*Follow these instructions for the EACH plug-in you use, and remember coupon codes are plug-in specific! Refer to the email you received to make sure you are using the appropriate coupon code with the appropriate plug-in.

Please ensure you are attempting to use the correct coupon code with the appropriate installer. For instance, if you received a coupon code for "Mac Version 2.1 PPC", remember this code is not valid for the "Mac Version 2.1 Universal" installer.
